The machine consists of transmission mechanism, sorting mechanism and automatic ball dropping mechanism. The steel balls are in the sorting and the sorting mechanism automatically sorts them out. Under the action of the sorting mechanism, the steel balls are automatically dropped into the aerosol cans according to the designed quantity, 1 to 4 balls can be dropped each time. The biggest advantage of this machine is that it can be moved and connected to the conveying line, no steel balls are dropped when there is no can, and the aerosol cans do not move when there are no steel balls.

This machine conveying the can from conveyor to main body by explosion-proof motor driving main sgaft and screw can-divide device; the main shaft drive the hanging type sprocket to circulate continuously, so as to achieve can rotary, raise, and the hanging paw will be compressed and rebound then to finish the hanging of the can; by guide sprocket, enter into the water tank smoothly, after soaking 3-5min, the worker could observe the soaking situation and to check whether it is leaking or not through inspection window, if the can is leaking, we could take out it through the window, those tested cans will be dried the residual moisture by blower and side wind, after enter main machine body, the can could be dropped off by drop-can system, and then conveyed to the conveyor by outlet star wheel, drying system is hot air provided by blower to ensure the drying effect.

This machine uses imported conveyor, the aerosol cans are driven by the ex-proof motors into the track for spray.
The printer has more than 6 languages for the interface, it has a very strong function of counting and text printing such as producing date, batch number and expiry date, and also it can be connected to a computer for input a graphic imprint such as logo. It has the function of self cleaning the printing head, ink and solvent are separate into two containers, and there is individual liquid level alarm system for a friendly reminding.

The machine consists of a sorting device, a nozzle transport rail and main machine. 10,000 nozzles can be put in the sorting vibrating plate at one time. The vibrating plate automatically collates into the rail and delivers the nozzles to the star wheel of the main machine under the action of compressed air. The main machine drives the aerosol cans and nozzles to glide to a predetermined position, the nozzle press mechanism receives a signal and the cylinder presses down to press the nozzles on the valve core, the speed and pressure of the downward can be adjusted to ensure that the nozzles are pressed and no raw material is sprayed out. The movement of the machine is fully automated, no need for manning, really achieve the effect of saving manpower.

The speed and pressure of the downward pressure can be adjusted. The movement of the machine is fully automatic, no need for manned operation, which really achieves the effect of saving manpower.
